Sixteen Capital fencers attended this year’s Cherry Blossom Open, held at the U of MD in College Park, MD over the April 16 & 17th weekend. This strong local tournament draws fencers from up and down the east coast with our fencers taking first place in both the Mixed and the Women’s events! This tournament was a great opportunity for our fencers of all ages to compete, learn, and grow as a team. Congratulations to all our medalists, and the continued success and growth of our fencers!
